PL: Land Acquisition Manager

Our Client, a Western European residential investor, is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join their team as a Land Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for expansion and establishing a strong presence in Pland, as well as driving business growth by identifying and acquiring land plots, obtaining permits, shaping product standards, implementing marketing and sales strategies. PL: Land Acquisition Manager /Warsaw-based/ PL/2407/LAMA Tasks Identify and evaluate potential land plots for residential development projects. Lead the acquisition process, negotiate deals, and secure properties. Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies. Oversee the investment exit process to maximize returns. Conduct comprehensive land analysis and competitive market research. Prepare detailed business cases and feasibility studies. Build and maintain a network of brokers and industry professionals. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in land acquisition with a strong network or ability to build one. Knowledge of development processes supporting property selection and acquisition. Experience working in smaller firms with a hands-on approach. Strong communication skills, and openness to learning. Ability to work independently, creatively, and proactively. Strong knowledge of the Polish real estate market and local regulations. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Fluent in Polish and English. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
