Account Executive - Foreign Markets Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Aligning to the Ideal Customer Profile Strategy to identify and qualify new accounts leading to a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities Working closely with Sales Development Representatives to proactively target prospects using compelling and persuasive outreach Working collaboratively with Solutions Consultants you will lead product demonstrations and meetings, demonstrating the value of SALESmanago by adopting a consultative sales approach. Creating solid sales proposals to convince prospects of the value of SALESmanago you will strive to exceed productivity and quota expectations Negotiating contracts with clients, enrolling support from Legal, Finance and Sales Management Forming close relationships with clients and working alongside Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding and adoption process Following the required sales process and keeping Salesforce records accurate and clean Appropriately enroll management and supporting teams to continually deliver value throughout the sales-cycle Ensure revenue goals are met Staying up to date on industry trends and company products/solutions Our requirements We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and driven Account Executive to help us rapidly scale our business. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C/E-commerce software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales Fluency in English (B2/C1) - any additional European language will be an advantage but is not essential Familiarity with foreign markets across the EU Demonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota in a software or SaaS company, including a proven track record of new business sales. Experience selling software products and solutions to C and VP level and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Enjoys working in a structured, targeted environment to challenging KPIs.
