Obowiązki Planning strategic sales activities, including distributor visits and achieving quantitative/qualitative targets. Developing and implementing effective time plans and monitoring their implementation. Identifying and analysing customer needs and developing comprehensive sales strategies. Managing the sales team, supporting distributors in sales activities using internal tools (Record, CRM, Infocenter). Overseeing indirect and direct sales, including managing sales budgets. Liaising with salespeople, developing relationships in the automotive sector and negotiating with key business partners. Responsibility for developing sales volumes and margins for lubrication products, including developing and implementing pricing strategies. Developing and overseeing value-added service offers. Tracking market and competitive developments, implementing innovative marketing activities. Managing complaints in cooperation with the technical department and ensuring high quality customer service. Management of receivables and responsibility for the financial structure in the organisation. Willingness to take on the challenges of building and implementing long-term sales strategies. Wymagania At least 4/6 years' experience in managing indirect sales and sales team. Experience in building and implementing comprehensive sales strategies and new product development. Proven experience in managing projects, business plans or subsidiaries. Very good knowledge of the English language. Strong motivation for professional development and ability to lead a team. Experience in managing an organisational structure and in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry (including agricultural machinery and trucks) will be an advantage.
