It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.Role overviewWe are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and tactical presence. Brand Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that the brand's message is consistently communicated and aligned with our business objectives. This is a fantastic fixed term opportunity for minimum 12 months, to cover for a maternity leave.Co-develop with regional team and execute locally brand strategies to establish and maintain a strong brand presenceAnalyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand growth.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels including digital, TV, in-store, e-commerceAnalyze brand performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.Participate in the development of product positioning and go-to-market plans.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, comex and shopper and expert marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand management.Coordinate with external agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.Budget Management:Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are executed within allocated resources.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.Fluent English and Polish.Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies.Strong understanding of branding principles and market dynamics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Highly organized with strong project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Location – this role is based in Warsaw, PolandPlease save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.Care to join us.
