Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will drive business growth across key regions including India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Middle East Asia, Africa, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and explore business opportunities in targeted regions by understanding local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive growth and establish long-term business collaborations. Sales Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals across various markets. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, pitch relevant products or services, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for product/service expansion and new business avenues. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure the success of business initiatives in each region. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business performance, market dynamics, and future outlook, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or market expansion in any of the mentioned regions. Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in Asia and Africa. Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, including senior leadership. Demonstrated experience in closing high-value deals and achieving ambitious sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely across different time zones. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Experience in sectors such as HR, BANKING, or INSURANCE. Multi-lingual proficiency would be a significant advantage.
