  • Managing financial controlling and reporting, as well as treasury and insurance areas for the parent company and its subsidiary entities.
  • Leading a well performing team, securing its high engagement and taking care of its further development
  • Securing a reliable and timely monthly \ yearly closing (IFRS) and reporting
  • Organizing reliable and timely budgeting and forecasting process, in line with Group guidelines and with efficient internal communication
  • Following-up and analyzing costs \ revenues vs budget\ forecasts (savings, capex projects, working capital, actions plans)
  • Cooperating with Group treasury and insurance functions and securing timely and reliable information flow to comply with Group policies and to secure financial liquidity and security
  • Leading role for improvements, optimizations in controlling \ finance area (ie. digitalization, automatization)
  • Creating an open, co-operative and motivating work environment to work with its team members and peers

  • University degree in business administration, finance or a related field
  • Experience in a similar position or leadership experience in the field of controlling/finance
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Result oriented, proactive personality, strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on mentality, good business understanding, analytical mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
  • Strong knowledge in the fields of controlling and finance (experience with managerial reporting, annual closing, treasury and insurance operations)
  • Familiar with IT systems such as Microsoft Office, SAP and ideally (not a must) Hyperion
