Controlling Manager

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Controlling Manager.   Opis stanowiska: budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, monitoring deviations and preparing recommendations for action, preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses, ongoing analysis of key performance indicators, analysis and optimisation of costs, initiating and contributing to continuous process improvement, financial liquidity planning and reporting, management of a small team of controllers, delivery of business analyses, cooperation with local and international stakeholders,  development of the controlling tools, cooperation with the local accounting team,   managing a small team of controllers. Wymagania: university degree (finance, accounting, economics), at least 4 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, knowledge of English - C1, experience in team management, knowledge of Microsoft tools: MS Dynamics, Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, ACCA/CIMA qualification would be an asset.
