Your responsibilities management of a team of engineers, professional leadership in the areas Power Electronics, Digital Electronics in charger area, managing external development projects in the area of chargers, following the Charger Roadmap and ensuring its compliance to the latest standards and the newest developments in related technologies, mastering the agile development approach as well as strategic long term developments, ensuring in a tandem with the responsible product manager the smooth completion of the design projects and the product release to production, keeping track of the live cycle of our products and controlling the obsolescence of the used parts. Employer requirements educated to degree level in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar, at least 3 years in a similar role and progressively responsible experience, written and spoken English skills – min. B2 level is a must, thorough knowledge and skills in the area of power electronics and digital electronics, knowledge in EMC certification and related standards and norms, project Management qualifications (preferably Agile PM) and project approach to the performed tasks, strong leadership skills enabling to manage the interdisciplinary team.
