Delivery Manager with French

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for a posistion of      Delivery Manager with French  Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the procurement delivery process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage supplier performance.  Conduct market research and analysis to identify and qualify potential suppliers, and evaluate their capabilities, performance, and risks. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Utilize procurement tools and systems to track and report on procurement activities such as savings, benefits and KPIs. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and innovation programs. Address and resolve any issues or delays in the procurement process. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement activities to support the procurement transformation and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Coach and mentor junior procurement staff and support their professional development. Prepare presentation for regular reviews with client focused on results and proposal of next steps and actions leading to operational excellence and efficiency improvement.Qualifications and skills: Proven experience in procurement or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management or a similar role. Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices, tools, and methodologies, such as category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management and risk management will be an asset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various teams including internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Leadership experience and team management skills. Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with procurement systems, such as SAP, Ariba, or Ivalua. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification in procurement will be an asset.
