Job Description We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Dimetra Console team of talented software engineers who are dedicated to developing and maintaining Dispatch and Logging solutions.The team has full ownership (design, implementation, quality, cybersecurity, operations) of all products being developed.As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of Console products solutions. You will develop, manage and support the development team in meeting challenging business goals in required timeframes. Join us in our mission to provide mission critical solutions that protect public service officers and citizens alike.Find out more about the products:The Development Team Manager will:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.Perform all tasks associated with direct managementCollaborate with the Product Owner in leading the teamHelp employees self-manage and collaborate on efficient deliveryDevelop people and team through planning, coaching, challenging assignments, feedback, and supportIdentify knowledge gaps and help employees create plans for addressing themDefine standard metrics and use them in reporting the current state of ongoing initiativesDemonstrate knowledge of standard Information Technology (IT) topics and requirements (examples include development environments, version control, testing, application security, and deployment processes)If you are a motivated leader looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of public safety, we encourage you to apply.
