  Finance Manager, Americas COGS Reporting & Analysis Lodz, Poland     Finance Manager, Americas COGS Reporting & Analysis works with the North America Finance Business Partners, leading Cost of Goods Sold performance reporting in North America, to produce forward-looking supply chain analysis to drive decision-making and deliver business results. The manager will develop reports and analysis of operational and financial information that are insightful to main stakeholders within the Supply Chain functions as well as commercial teams and will investigate and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings and business growth.   MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Partners / interface between North America supply chain finance team & the commercial finance team in managing and reviewing short term business objectives through value-added financial reporting for Company’s leadership Monthly reporting and analysis for all components of cost of sales within North America Flavor Solutions division. Compilation, analysis and communication of Consumer commercial P&L annual COGS budget and quarterly forecasts Providing COGS insight and COGS financial support to commercial finance when looking at different planning scenarios. Manage the North America Supply Chain Finance Budget & Standard setting timetables – making sure aligned with Supply Chain Finance & Financial Planning & Analysis Globally. Ad Hoc COGS Supply Chain or Commercial COGS projects and analysis as required (& agreed between Supply Chain Finance, CoE Team & Commercial Finance). Focus on continous improvement in forecast accuracy and clarity of explanations to business partners. Works with corporate accounting managers to ensure proper accounting in regards to various COGS and Intercompany transactions       CANDIDATE PROFILE Master degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field Relevant Accounting Qualification in region e.g. CIMA, ACA or CPA – will be an advantage Good accounting background Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis and reporting, cost accounting, and harmonization projects in Finance departments Excellent proficiency in Excel (incl. Power Query). Good SAP knowledge Data analytics tools knowledge Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills (both written and verbal) Demonstrates good technical finance and commercial understanding Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes Assimilates information, provides commentary, and makes proposals Meets tight deadlines and prioritizes workload effectively #LI-DNI As an Equal Opportunities employer, McCormick is committed to a diverse workforce.
