As a Hands-On Lead & Engineering Manager, you will guide our fintech and crypto development teams. You’ll lead projects, mentor developers, and drive innovation within your speciality. Resolve technical challenges and foster continuous improvement. Ensure high-quality standards. Our requirements Experience with blockchain technologies. Extensive experience in software development with expertise in Typescript, React, React Native, Electron, Redux, RxJS. Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Optional Experience in fintech, crypto, or related industries is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Prior experience in security-focused development. Any experience with embedded software development (eg. in: C, Rust or Python) can be also a plus.
