You'll manage talent, foster development, improve employee relations and engagement, ensure clear communication, and provide essential reporting. You will report to Human Resources Director Central and Eastern Europe.If this sounds like an exciting job for you, we encourage your application!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Build strong partnerships with management and employees to foster a productive work environment Provide efficient customer support to employees and management Advise on and interpret HR policies and procedures Manage the full recruitment process with support of Talent Acquisition team, onboarding, and offboarding Coordinate performance management processes Advise on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws Developing and conducting training in accordance with the established program Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within Emerson's culture Who You Are: You gain the confidence and trust of others easily, researching initiatives and trying innovative ways, persisting in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
