Your responsibilities Managing assigned team to ensure continuous improvement of team’s performance and conducting regular analysis of achievement of team targets regarding timeliness, quality and efficiency Development of Team Members, their knowledge in Finance area and soft skills Defines performance goals for team members and supervising their realization with strong focus on YEC Creating Team Spirit based on Ambition, Respect and Sustainability Advising business units on statutory closing regulations for daily operations and projects Developing recommendations on asset capitalization and provisions/accruals formation Evaluating balance sheet-related business issues Assessing the impact of new accounting standards on the balance sheet and P&L Preparing accounting information for group-wide consolidated statements Serving as a key contact for auditors and central accounting/tax/treasury departments Building positive relationships with various stakeholders from Financial Services Preparation and/or presentation of reports/data summary for various stakeholders within the Group Participating in Group-wide accounting projects and ERP platform implementation Leading own projects in the financial area Employer requirements Master/Bachelor degree in business administration with focus on financial accounting or finance, tax Proven track record of at least 5 years in finance and accounting Min. 3 years of leadership experience in SSC/BPO environment Highly familiar with accounting rules according to German HGB ACCA studies will be an asset Very good English skills Good German skills will be an asset Experience with SAP FI (SAP CO, SAP MM and SAP BW-BCS will be an asset) Very good Excel knowledge Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Excellent collaboration skills Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work Analytical and conceptual mindset Proactivity What employer offers Hybrid working model (working in the office: 2 days/month) Opportunity to work from each part of Poland during remote work Flexible working time New branded and modern office: 200 adjustable desks, several types of meeting rooms, bike amenities, lounge rooms and chill out spaces, cozy kitchens and excellent public transport in a walking distance Continuous improvement environment Supportive & friendly working atmosphere - we work towards a joint success Attractive development opportunities in Finance Private medical care for employees and their families Possibility to fulfil a dream about far journeys with attractive discounts for flight tickets Possibility to adjust the place and hours of work to private needs I hereby agree to the processing of my personal data contained in the form filled out by me and in the attached documents, to the extent necessary for the recruitment process indicated by me, as conducted by AG TEST HR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa (ul.
