Implementation Manager (D365 Finance) Miejsce pracy: Nadarzyn (pow. pruszkowski) Your responsibilities Analysing the business needs and transforming them into long-lasting and cost-efficient solutions in D365. Planning and executing system tests and acceptance tests. Writing comprehensive requirements, functional design, change requests, training manuals, and test scripts. Performing data migration routines, including extracting data from legacy systems, data transformation, and loading data to D365 using the Data Management module. Managing configuration tasks using the Data Management module. Collaborating with cross-functional teams & Central IT to ensure seamless integration into the program. Providing training and support to end-users to ensure the effective use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Cooperation within the international development and implementation project team Our requirements Microsoft Dynamics experience in finance and procurement (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Credit & Collections, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management). Comprehensive experience in the full implementation cycle of Microsoft Dynamics and ExFlow. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, including involvement in Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects. Proficient in English language, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level). Ability to work effectively in international teams. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Professional and effective communication with clients and colleagues. Independent, meticulous, and consistent in work ethic.
