Installation Manager Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities We are seeking an Installation Manager to support our growth and lead the team of approximately 300 mechanical and electrical technicians. In this role, you will ensure that our projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, within time, and on budget. You will work closely with the CTO and collaborate with our tender, planning team, PMO, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) office to ensure that the right competencies are deployed to each project. Division of working time 90% office work 10% traveling to project sites Our requirements Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the installation team of 300 technicians working across Scandinavia, Europe, and North America. • Ensure project delivery is aligned with company standards, including timelines, quality, and budget. • Collaborate with planning, project management, and HSE teams to deploy the right resources and skills on projects. • Support and provide guidance to supervisors, ensuring efficient execution and troubleshooting of challenges on-site. • Monitor and optimize the production process in collaboration with the CTO. • Play a key role in the Epcido Training Academy in Gdansk by supporting the training and development of new technicians. • Occasionally travel to project sites (10-30 days per year) to oversee progress and provide leadership support. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in managing large-scale mechanical and electrical installations, with an emphasis on system integration. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and support their development. • Excellent project management abilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with strong reporting skills. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Experience with CRM systems (preferable) and other relevant business software. • Effective communication and collaboration with various departments, including planning, HSE, and PMO. • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and oversee operations on the ground. • Familiarity with international project standards and a passion for fostering a culture of excellence.
