Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end construction processes for multiple PV projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Define and update construction standards and project management requirements.
  3. Develop and control the construction budget, optimize expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  4. Develop and implement staffing and staff development plans to meet the growing PV needs.
  5. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with project construction.
  6. Lead contract and commercial discussions with third parties for portfolio topics.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  8. Foster and maintain supplier relationships crucial for project construction.
  9. Implement innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  10. Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of the construction division.
Large-scale solar power plants projects. |Projects located across Europe.

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in renewable energy project construction across various countries and multinational environments.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial construction budgets.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders and clients.
  5. Willingnes to travel across Europe (Germany, Spain, Potrugal, Romania etc).
  6. Building licence in speciality of grid and devices for electric and power
  7. Knowledge of English - C1 is a must
  8. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese - welcome.
