ITMO (Integrated Talent Management Operations) Expert Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Your Role As a project manager, you will combine your excellent planning and organization skills with your passion for learning and development in the following areas: 1. Adoption, Onboarding and Training: • Onboard new internal business areas on the platform. • Manage admission and administration of new stakeholders. • Create training materials, and communication channels to promote the benefits and functionalities of the platform for sharing learning content with customers, brokers, and partners. • Establish standardized processes and guidelines for business units to onboard ensuring a smooth and efficient adoption. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align the platform's capabilities with their requirements. • Define and implement training programs for admins with access to the backend system, equipping them with the necessary skills to manage content, user access, and reporting. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the admin network as well as the business units throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter. 2. Reporting and License Management: • Ensure the functioning of the reporting mechanisms to track the usage, effectiveness, and impact of the platform. • Collaborate with the external vendor to leverage their reporting capabilities and request customized reports as per business area requirements. • Ensure accurate and timely license management, tracking individual line of business and business unit usage to facilitate appropriate charging and cost allocation. 3. Access Management and data Governance • Drive governance on content and learner management to ensure processes are simplified and effective. • Establish and maintain robust access management processes to ensure appropriate user access and data security within the learning application. • Collaborate with IT and security teams to define and implement access control measures, permissions, and data privacy protocols. • Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and protect sensitive information. Our requirements Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, driving the adoption and utilization of learning platforms or applications within an organization. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to establish processes and drive successful onboarding. Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), preferably CrossKnowledge, and related technologies Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to track user engagement, content utilization, and platform performance. Solid knowledge of access management principles, data governance, and compliance requirements Full proficiency in the English language Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively engage and collaborate with commercial partners, business units, IT, and other relevant stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment. We provide global support in areas of talent acquisition, management and development for our global Zurich community. We have an opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead our newly created learning platform that will allow Zurich’s customers, brokers and partners to access learning content.
