IT Project Manager - Sustainability (all genders)

You are passionate about process improvements in the Sustainability, Quality and Trade Compliance function (SQ) supported by the newest applications! As member of global IT’s group functions team, you will deliver relevant projects of the SQ IT project portfolio. In close collaboration with the stakeholders of the Corporate SQ Function you will drive the continues improvements of our global and local processes. You will support our organization in the evolution of the global SQ IT landscape striving for efficiency in operations as well as for an appealing user experience of the managers and employees using our state-of-the-art systems.You will be responsible for managing projects and furthermore be part of bigger implementation teams for global SQ IT programs. This includes e.g. the creation of a Project Charter, resource & financial planning, tracking of milestones and risks, stakeholder alignment, etc.The role is located at the Service Center in Wroclaw, Poland. For implementation, development and deployment you will collaborate with our global application technology teams in Darmstadt and Bangalore and with external partners. You bring a creative and open mind, work proactively, take action and anticipate opportunities5-10 years of experience in IT & Project Management, preferably with a focus on Sustainability, Quality and Trade Compliance Proven communication and project management skillsMinimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, Business, or relatedBusiness English on the negotiation level is a must, additional languages of advantage eQMS (Veeva, Cara), Service Now platform knowledge is beneficialProject management certification is a plus
