Cultivating relationships with top German automotive companies, leveraging an understanding of their business culture.Acting as the primary point of contact for our German clients, utilizing fluency in the German language to facilitate seamless communication and understanding.Leading and coordinating multinational teams based in our Munich and Katowice offices. All while effectively utilizing the German language to bridge communication gaps and enhance collaboration.Overseeing the work of project team members, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, and monitoring performance. You'll be responsible for the communication of project status and issues to stakeholders Ensure that the project stays within scope, time, and budget constraints.Identifying, analyzing, and collecting business and product requirements related to IT processes. This includes understanding the business needs, user needs, and translating them into requirements that the developer teams can take overDefining and prioritizing product features, creating and maintaining a product backlog, and steering the development.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to stakeholders on how to improve business processes and product features. Motivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place.
