Junior Affiliate Account Manager

Everlee is an affiliate network and a direct advertiser operating in 15 European markets with over 10 years of experience in the Nutra sector. We want to make affiliate marketing more accessible to beginners and create a space where marketers can grow and build lasting relationships with brands. Position Level: Junior Location: Remote Main Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and performance optimization of a dedicated pool of affiliates: checking stats, confirming bumps or decreases in rates, scaling profitable campaigns, adding and testing new sources; Adjusting tracking and full-cycle setup of the offers/campaigns; Control of traffic quality and partner’s payouts approval; Developing strong relationships with new and existing partners to continually grow the business. We are looking for someone who: Is proficient in English; Has 1+ years of working experience in marketing agency or strong interest in marketing; Understands basic affiliate metrics, unit economics, and models of cooperation: CPA, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI; Quickly unrestands and operates new systems and software; Possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills.
