EHS and Health and Wellbeing Manager Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations Deliver and ensure EHS global and country objectives are aligned with regulatory GSK global EHS requirements, and facilitate EHS council to accomplish EHS objectives Monitor environmental systems to ensure compliance Facilitate regular EHS governance forums joint by all relevant functions to discuss EHS concerned areas, to prioritize actions; to ensure appropriate resources and plans are in place Work closely with WREF to ensure a safe infrastructure is in place within office environment Establish, review and update EHS policy and procedures in the organization Establish, execute and maintain employee health programs across Poland to promote healthy work environment and mental wellbeing Facilitate key EHS programs implementation, such as driver safety, office safety, ergonomics Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with legal and company EH&S standards Facilitate EHS incidents investigation and responsible for EHS incident reporting to local authority and global EHS reporting system. Implement corrective and preventive actions Investigate near-misses and implement corrective and preventive actions Assist internal and external audits. Address any audit findings.
