Junior Logistics Specialist (Focus: Empty

Aufgaben :

• Controlling of Empty Containers.
• Control the empty container stock accounts for suppliers and carriers.
• Arrange procurement and maintenance of carriers.
• Control of the empty container management considering to capacity and scheduling.
• Ensure the availability of empty containers for other departments, plants and suppliers.
• Check and track the delivery status of orders, initiate countermeasures
• Perform budget planning and track budget.
• Plan the change or run-out of a carriers.
• Qualification of new employees and process improvement.
• Introduce and train new employees.
• Create training documentation for new employees.
• Do continuous improvement (CIP).

Qualifikationen :

• Education: Technical / Secondary School or higher (University degree) preferably with logístical background.
• Experience: Trainee experience ‘nice to have’ Preferable with logístical or automotive background. in case of lack of higher education one year of experience needed
• Language knowledge: Polish and communicative German or English is preferred.
• Computer skills:SAP, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
• Self-reliance, results orientation, ability to work in a team and in an autonomous way.
• Willingness for business travels to Germany during ramp up.
• Proactive nature, highly motivated, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
