Junior Plant Controller

For our client, a manufacturing company operating within an international group, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Junior Plant Controller Responsibilities: supporting the company's strategic development directions to make informed decisions and recommendations for the Board, Production Departments, and Sales Departments, participating in the creation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term plan, as well as monitoring their execution and analyzing deviations, conducting financial analysis of production processes and sales assumptions, including margins, performing ad-hoc financial analyses in cooperation with the Management Board, directly collaborating with the company's business departments. Requirements: experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company, knowledge of financial analysis, financial accounting, and management accounting, developing material breakdowns for products, responsibility for managing costs within the system and updating product costs in accordance with budgetary standards, english language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP, analytical skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
