This position requires meticulous attention to detail, eagerness to learn in both Excel and Salesforce/Empire Time, and the ability to effectively communicate across the team.Our requirementsEnergetic, positive and eager to learn graduates;Great problem-solving and communication;Solid knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.);Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets with precision;English fluency at B2 level is a minimal requirement.Nice to have:Experience in working on an ERP solution as user or support;Knowledge of Salesforce platform. Your future role Data Validation:Verify the integrity of data in Excel files to ensure it meets established quality standards. Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in the provided data. Data Entry into Salesforce: Accurately transfer validated data from Excel files into Salesforce records. Populate relevant fields with precise information, adhering to established data entry guidelines. Systems’ Activities: Perform daily checks and routines to ensure processes and interfaces are running as they should be to secure correct data flow. Work on request queue on tickets related to our core application and support internal users with their queries. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all data validation and entry activities, including any identified issues or discrepancies. Generate regular reports on data integrity and entry progress for review. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the other Teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Provide clear and concise updates on progress and challenges to the relevant stakeholders.
