The Key Account Manager (NSP, Anticoccidials) is an integral part of our Sales & Marketing team based out of our Poland site. Key Account Manager (NSP, anticoccidials) Phibro in Poland seeking Key Account Manager (NSP, anticoccidials) Reporting to Poland Country Manager The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for sales of NSP (nutritional supplements products) for ruminants and poultry and anticoccidials (poultry) in his/her territory or assigned accounts list, as well as managing relations with clients. A KAM must have understanding of NSP market, and readiness to work in anticoccidials poultry business. He/she will play a key role in market and territory development, leading sales and marketing activities in the area of poultry and cattle nutritional products and anticoccidials. He/she should have strong motivation to achieve sales targets and commitment to product development in Poland. Duties & Responsibilities • Acquiring new clients for NSP, developing sales, negotiating trade terms, and finalizing agreements and orders. • Developing comprehensive nutritional programs, considering feed composition, nutritional value, and impact on animal health and productivity.• Promotion and sales of anticoccidials Phibro products (poultry) in the assigned territory or key accounts. Advising on rotation of coccidiostats.• Maintaining lasting relationships with key clients and providing solutions from the portfolio.• Achieving sales targets in the designated territory.• Organizing technical product presentations and meetings; assessing needs or promoting products and services.• Collaborating with the marketing department. Implementing the strategic marketing plans, participating in trade shows and industry events.• Promoting company programs • Taking care of payments from clients• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports and analysis, regarding visits, competitors' activities, market potential.Qualifications • Higher education related to animal nutrition or veterinary medicine is an advantage. Prefer Education: Biologist/Zootechnician/DVM• Good orientation and contacts in the NSP market, knowledge of trends and innovations in the industry, readiness to work in anticoccidials poultry business. • Knowledge of NSP used in cattle and poultry• Sales and marketing experience: 1-2 years• Customer oriented attitude• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High level of English – spoken and written• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers• Great team-player• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment• Valid driver's license
