  • Leading negotiations for O&M contracts with subcontractors and clients.
  • Gaining expertise in MSA (Master Service Agreements) and O&M contracts.
  • Supervising WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) maintenance teams under MSA agreements.
  • Creating and refining operational procedures.
  • Overseeing and tracking key KPIs that reflect asset performance and service efficiency.
  • Building and recruiting for the O&M team.
  • Leading, motivating, and managing the O&M team.
  • Managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for wind energy plants.
  • Providing expertise and support to maintenance teams and asset managers for production assets in Poland.
  • Participating in technical operations and testing on production assets.
  • Acting as a technical liaison with partners, third parties, and consultants.
  • Implementing trend analysis tools to better understand the key drivers of performance.
  • Adopting a proactive maintenance approach over reactive maintenance.
  • Conducting technical and economic analyses for development and deploying optimized solutions.
  • Overseeing the administrative, organizational, and financial management of the WIND Service Department.
  • Managing logistics, approving new purchases of technical equipment, and onboarding new subcontractors.

  • Several years of experience in a similar role or in an operational position,
  • Expertise in mechanical equipment (gearboxes, bearings, etc.),
  • Higher education in technical mechanics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering,
  • Proven experience in establishing operational structures, such as O&M RES departments,
  • Strong proficiency in English,
  • Advanced skills in change management, communication, delegation, leadership, team building, interdepartmental collaboration, and management by objectives.
