Digitalization Manager Miejsce pracy: Łódź Your responsibilities Lead the digital transformation of the R&D department, driving the implementation of digital tools and infrastructure. Collaborate closely with stakeholders from the IM/IT and Master Data departments to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives. Develop and manage partnerships with external consultants to help with the implementation of projects and ensure timely completion. Responsible for continuous improvement of the usage of our digital infrastructure, including systems like SAP and Salesforce, to improve internal efficiency and service levels to our customers. Work closely with the Global R&D team within the same department to align on initiatives, objectives and share best practices. Our requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong knowledge and expertise in implementing digital tools and systems, such as SAP and Salesforce. Previous experience in managing digital transformation projects is a plus. Experience in managing partnerships and external consultancies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and challenge the status quo. Understanding of R&D processes and requirements in the context of a digital transformation. Tech-savvy and eager to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools. Strong technical skills in the field of data governance Proficiency in SAP and salesforce is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to positively challenge the status quo and drive impactful change. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.
