Managing Director Operations Miejsce pracy: Poznań Twój zakres obowiązków The person in this role will be responsible for all areas of production, including: Production Team (Foremen and Workers) Technology Team Planning Team Infrastructure and Maintenance Team Welding Supervision Team Quality Control Team (incl. Laboratory) Quality Management, Health and Safety Team Wymagania pracodawcy For this function we are searching for a seasoned professional with technical education and several years of experience in management functions in the production of ideally heavy industry/ industrial equipment/ steel processing. The ideal candidate: Lives in central Poland, or is ready to relocate has a degree from a technical university (Engineering, Metallurgy, Automation Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding Engineering, Supply-Chain-Management, …) Have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a leading position in Production, Production Technology or Production Planning Since production of large steel structures is integral part of the business, the person should have experience in Technology and Welding Engineering (IWE) High focus and extensive experience on process optimization in production, possibly advanced degrees in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar English language is a must, German language skills are an advantage Have an integrative personality with a strong entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action Have a strong analytical mindset and a good mix of assertiveness and empathy Is willing to travel within Europe as and when needed Pracodawca oferuje The company is offering competitive remuneration package and good career development opportunity.
