Market Segment Manager Miejsce pracy: Kozietuły Nowe (pow. grójecki) Your responsibilities Monitoring and analysis of current trends and market/consumer data in the food industry. Identify regional market needs and develop marketing briefings for business opportunites in close cooperation with BU´s, Application and Sales Understand regional market structure, market trends and customers' needs to identify new market opportunities and associated offerings for the market segment on a regional level Build a strong pipeline of opportunities which align with regional market trends and customers' needs with impact on Gross Sales growth development Prepare and monitor marketing briefings for relevant growth opportunities in the market segment incl. major commercial and market relevant elements (Business case, value proposition, target customers, target application, etc.) Work with Application and Business Units to support their development of B2C/B2B product portfolios, and work with local Sales to successfully move to commercialize phase and execution. Establish and maintain a successful market segment plan to achieve required sales value and margins Responsible for financial results of the market segment business on yearly basis; Balance short and medium term market segment initiatives with existing applications and improving and actively pushing and opportunity pipeline conversion Ensure ongoing regional market segment profitability analysis and make and act on recommendations for profit improvement Prospect: make sure top customers of segments regionally are tracked in the systems; prospect conversion push with sales Territory management: support sales in developing optimal resource allocation Develop relationships with key customers pushing lead development Collaborate with Application and BU to ensure rapid and effective stage gate development of market segment Initiatives Preparing presentations (power point) for meetings with clients (company presentations, presentations of market and consumer trends, product and concept presentations) and conducting presentations at clients Preparing information on new product implementations involving Dohler products on a monthly and annual basis (NPDI - New Product Dohler Inside for the Dohler Group headquarters) Ordering and keeping records of the company's advertising and promotional items (within the Group and externally), in particular: information folders (product flyers), company bags, gadgets and company gifts, etc. Cooperation with outsourcing companies (graphic agencies, printing houses, etc.) Our requirements Minimum 2 years of professional experience in FMCG (preferred B2B) marketing environment in internationally operating matrix company Effective written and verbal communication skills – Polish and English languages at advanced level Successfully completed degree in business administration or food technology or equivalent Dynamic business attitude and high level of customer Focus Excellent sense for priorities Teamwork abilities, organized, target oriented, good relationship abilities Fluent English skills, additional languages beneficial Willingness to travel domestically and internationally What we offer Opportunity to take up a professional challenge in the international company Possibility to improve professional qualifications in the form of training and language courses An extensive package of benefits and social benefits, including: life insurance and medical care Friendly working atmosphere and team support in achieving set goals Employment – immediately, after checking qualifications and competences Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance integration events retirement pension plan preferential loans coffee / tea parking space for employees extra social benefits pre-paid cards family picnics Who are we looking for?
