  • Design and Deploy FP&A/Controlling Process Standards:
    • Implement standardized processes for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and controlling.
    • Support the deployment of SAP templates across the organization.
  • End-to-End Business Process Design for Controlling:
    • Ensure the consistent and integrated design of end-to-end business processes for the Controlling function.
  • Process Reference Model and KPIs:
    • Collaborate with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to complete the Process Reference Model.
  • Standardisation and Migration:
    • Support the GPO in standardizing and migrating Controlling activities into Shared Service Center (SSC) scope.
  • Global Standard Template Enhancements and SAP Roll-out:
    • Assist the GPO in enhancing the Global Standard Template for Controlling.
    • Participate in SAP roll-out activities globally.
  • Translation of Principles into IT Requirements:
    • Translate principles, standards, and business rules into clear IT requirements.
  • Process Improvements:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Controlling domain.
    • Develop business cases to support the implementation of identified improvements.
  • Global Business Role /Authorizations Management:
    • Assignment Business Role / Authorizations to users, Approval of Workflows for role assignment.

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Controlling /Corporate controlling.
  • Strong understanding of SAP financial and controlling modules, with expertise in Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • End-to-End Impact Understanding: Have a comprehensive understanding of the impacts on Finance and Controlling across the end-to-end (E2E) processes.
  • SAP Knowledge: Proficient in SAP ECC Finance and Controlling.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools like Power BI
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and oral.
