Business Development Manager Miejsce pracy: Olsztyn Your responsibilities New business development, generating new pipeline by prospecting, farming and hunting activities as well as ensuring repeat business at these Accounts Cooperate with internal colleagues and existing partner network in the territory to increase revenue and grow the business to meet our ambitious growth targets. Travel to meet clients, support our partners, carry out demonstrations and attend trade shows; the latter in close cooperation with our marketing department. Our requirements A strong sense of understanding of the value proposition to the end users Experience with structured sales, plans, budgets, pipeline management etc. Drive KPIs and action plans to achieve the annual target. Develop countermeasures to get back to budget if behind. Advanced business acumen as well as the ability to present the concept of flexible automation to clients, prospects, and education centers. Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting and action plans focusing (but not limited to) on Large Accounts Skills for prospecting and entering to the new customers of all sizes Experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products would be an advantage. Full technical training will be provided, and the role is supported by a technical support engineers based inside the territory. Must be capable of overnight travel up to 50% of time; or as required. Creativity, to find out of the box solutions Bachelor’s degree or higher in business and/or engineering (robotics and automation preferred) or related subject +3 years of experience in sales, previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products preferred Experience working with distribution preferred Must have proven track record of exceeding sales quota Previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products preferred Strong sense of understanding of the value proposition to end-users Business acumen that can be applied at different levels of decision makers from senior management to technical support Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in Polish Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Driver license Category B Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events Most important is your drive and personality. Your responsibility is to ensure revenue growth in your territory, which you do through generating and engaging with potential customers. Our primary customers are small and medium sized production companies of all kinds as well as large corporate companies in various industries. This new role is based in Poland and covers the territory of Poland. As Business Development Manager you are responsible for increasing the pipeline with new and existing customers and generating revenue from that in the channel.
