Junior R&D Manager NPD Miejsce pracy: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki Your responsibilities Partnering with Strategic Marketing to understand consumer and business needs. Building and maintaining a deep technical knowledge and understanding of all for Ecowipes relevant technical areas, material and product standards, innovations and production technologies. Based on industry trends, developing new products and performing other product related activities or improvements to meet the needs of the company's target market in the role of a project leader or consultant. In a design-to-cost approach, translating consumer needs but also sustainability requirements to product functions and further to product design and specification. Creating and documenting material and product specifications including BOM and testing methods/quality control criteria. Managing product testing and trials, assessing the materials used, the efficiency of the process, and the effectiveness of the final product or prototype. Performing necessary submission and registration of new products, coordinate external service providers and authorities. Performing patent and competitive research, managing existing patent portfolio. Partnering with Purchasing in the qualification of new suppliers. Partnering with Engineering when introducing new production technology and machinery. Establish relationships and network with external partners for the development of new products and services. Support Sales, Marketing and Product Management in offering process and customer communication. Our requirements Higher education, preferably in Production Engineering, Chemistry, Textile, Cosmetics or related fields. Experience in the area of technology, production and product development in a R&D environment. Analytical thinking skills, creativity and task-oriented/problem-solving attitude. Experience in working with cellulose based products or cosmetics appreciated. Experience with statistics, modelling appreciated. Adaptability to work within diverse and remote teams.
