Procurement Logistics Tender and Contract Manager EMEA Miejsce pracy: Łódź Your responsibilities Coordinate strategic EMEA logistics tenders, RfPs and quotes, including supplier selection, with consideration of current market conditions Prepare spend analysis, cost evaluation and tender results evaluation Support in founding and developing strategy in terms of Road Transportation Category sourcing for BU’s within EMEA region EMEA logistic BDG analysis and regular release Annual and ad hoc negotiations and supervision over negotiations of transport cost and 3PL services (road category), new contracts and supplier implementation Monitor on the regular bases logistics KPI's and execute operational improvement initiatives to reduce cost/KG index within particular transportation modes Collect and manage external suppliers KPI’s Maintain TMS and logistics data administration (price matrixes, tariffs, surcharges) within internal SAP4H transport module Manage the third party logistics service provider within broadly applied SRM (especially within strategic partnership) Supervise and implement supply chain EMEA projects within logistics procurement sourcing area and operational improvement (cross-divisional projects involving Supply Chain/Operations/Commercials) Define transportation process KPI's (savings, QCD, logistic turnover) and systematically monitor with external suppliers as well as internal Proc. Log. Team Manage supplier optimization projects (KPI's / Cost) Manage internal cost optimization projects (for overseas entities) Optimize cost and quality levels according to budget Download SAP/ERP regular reports (ZLEFCA, pricing reports, SQ00) and execute on its bases required excellence actions with internal key stakeholders Prepare ad hoc required reports Our requirements At least 5 years previous experience within a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment. Good understanding of sourcing & procurement principles Good understanding of logistics and material planning principles in an international environment Excellent communication skills in English - oral & written to communicate on a daily bases with colleagues and other professionals Experience of interacting with multiple disciplines across an international business. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Numerical skills essential Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages with advance excel maintenance skills (pivot tables, complex multi-embedded formulas, ability to produce data report) and advanced PowerPoint skills Ability to read data and derive corresponding conclusion on its base Effective team working skills.
