Procurement Operations and Analytics Manager Miejsce pracy: Łódź Your responsibilities Develop and maintain robust data models and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Create and manage data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability. Oversee the end-to-end procurement Operation process (PO management) Monitor and improve procurement workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement plans to optimize procurement operation processes to reduce costs. Build and deploy custom Power Apps solutions to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Design and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks to measure and communicate procurement performance and efficiency. Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track procurement performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights. Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for the procurement team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance procurement capabilities. Oversee procurement data audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential risks or discrepancies. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Conduct performance evaluations and manage professional development for team members. Our requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on operations and analytics. Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and use of procurement analytics tools. Proven track record of successful procurement management and strategic sourcing. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and development. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in procurement.
