This role can be done 100% remotely from Poland The project manager is leading a variety of initiatives from scoping through to implementation and roll out and work jointly with cross-functional partners inside and outside of company to establish operations that improve service experience and support.The project portfolio consists of transfer and transformation of HR, Finance, Procurement or any other processes, different types of projects, such as organizational changes, reorganization, post merger integrations, and business development initiatives. Able to work in complex/international environments, he/she will manage projects with medium to long-term scope typically embedded in the context of larger programs. Closely aligned with the Program & Project Portfolio Management leadership, local responsible, key stakeholders of the centers organization and legal entities involved, so you are accountable for delivering projects assigned. Your role will be related to defining and applying processes and procedures for successful execution of projects, identifying key risks, prioritizes & agrees on mitigation/action plan. You will also apply tools and templates according to defined Project Methodology, arrange, facilitate and lead business development meetings with prospective clients.
