You will play an important part in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and mitigating risks. You will lead and inspire a team of purchasing professionals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with our goals.Lead the supplier selection process, conducting negotiations to secure the best value.Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock levels without creating unnecessary costs.Develop relationships with important suppliers, encouraging open communication and collaboration.Find and address potential supply chain risks, including market fluctuations.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Finance).Provide clear communication of purchasing requirements and expectations to all partners.Leadership and Team Management:Lead and motivate the purchasing team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.Delegate tasks, using team members' strengths and expertise.Empower team members to make decisions and take ownership within their roles.Provide ongoing mentorship, and performance feedback to support team member development.Address conflicts promptly and encouraging open communication.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.Experience in developing successful sourcing strategies.Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable contract terms.Excellent analytical skills and experience in cost optimization.Experience in managing supplier relationships and ensuring on-time delivery..Leadership experience with an ability to motivate and develop a team.Benefits:Life insurance.Private medical care.Lunch card.Multicafeteria syste,.Annual bonus.Christmas and vacation allowance.Free parking.Join us in effecting change and promoting a culture of excellence.
