Your tasks: Usage of the accepted standards and proceduresPerforming and overseeing tasks in terms of the advanced planning quality process APQP (including creating inspection plans, representing PQM voice).Performing and reviewing tasks in the PPAP process (including keeping records).Support, perform and moderation of the FMEAs process.Handling complaints and non-conformances (including automotive) and implementing corrective actions.Co-decision making in product implementation process.Conducting internal audits in accordance with company policies.Supporting and/or coordinating external audits (certification bodies, customers).Ensuring that customer requirements are met in a manner consistent with H+S regulations.Working with ERP system (SAP - Pronovia) / PLM (full client) and data management.Proper management of quality changes within projects.Reporting and analysis of quality performance, measuring trends and quality data to identify and opportunities for continuous improvement.Providing oversight of non-conforming products/processes within the prototype activity area in a manner consistent with H+S regulations.Conducting quality training (local and/or international);Cooperating with the Engineering department, prototype production and SCM department;Having an authority to stop production and shipping.Compliance with applicable rules and regulations and other internal regulations.Analyzing statistical data Your profile Several years (preferred more than 5) of professional experience in the field of quality management.Good knowledge of IATF 16949, advance quality planning (APQP/VDA, PPAP/PPF)Very good knowledge automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D method).Knowledge of manufacturing process in the department including knowledge of quality standards (IPC, Workmanship standards, SPC).Experience in low and high volume production, claims handling and product quality assurance.Knowledge of procedures and instructions in own position. Knowledge of SW tools and platforms (eg BABTEC or similar, SupplyOn, IMDS, etc.), SAP (Pronovia).Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel at a very good level.Ability to read technical documentation (technical drawings, instructions).Excellent written and spoken English skills.Statistical analysis skills including DOE and ANOVA.Practical skills in statistical software (JMP preferred).Six sigma green belt - project management skills.Licensed VDA auditor (nice to have)High communication skills and experience in dealing with extensive, international, interdisciplinary, multi-site teams Flexible, assertive working style, willingness to take on responsibility, customer orientation and hands-on mentality Why HUBER+SUHNER?
