We are currently looking for an experienced talent from LATAM market who would like to join our team and work with us to represent us and actively sell our products. We value in our company transparency, creativity and working together, so if this is also important for you - join us!   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop an active sales strategy for the company. Proactively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle - from generating and managing leads to prospecting customers, setting up meetings, developing proposals and presentations to negotiating and closing deals. Advise potential customers on products and services. Create offers, presentations, contracts and other documentation to support the sales process. Respond to inquiries. Represent the company at relevant industry events.   OUR EXPECTATIONS Experience in sales in the betting industry - sports media - must have . Minimum 3 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts and building key partnerships. Strong networking and relationship building skills. Ability to take initiative, solve problems, seek solutions, analytical and creative thinking . Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Availability and flexible working hours oriented to customer requirements/expectations. Results-oriented - you can work to deadlines and clearly defined goals. Very good knowledge of English (min. C1). Willingness to travel for business purposes.   HOW DO WE WORK? We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners and foreign based employees). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or the Katowice office. Salary: 10.800 – 18.000 PLN net B2B (+ high bonuses) Hybrid model (office in Katowice) or remote   RECRUITMENT PROCESS Only 2 short stages ahead of you: Screening – video call with Recruiter (up to 30 min. in Polish) Interview – video call or meeting in the office, with CEO and VP Sales (up to 60 min. in English)
