For our Client, we are searching for an experienced senior Sales Manager.   Position Overview:  An industry leader in logistics solutions is on the lookout for a  Sales Manager  to lead business development in Poland and broaden its footprint in the Central-Eastern European market. The role involves the promotion of an of integrated logistics solutions, encompassing advanced automated storage systems and robotics, all augmented by an exclusive Warehouse Control System. Key Responsibilities: Strategically engaging the market to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. Seeking out and nurturing new business opportunities through networking within the industry and thorough market analysis. Steering potential leads through the sales process to secure formal business contracts. Cultivating robust partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to achieve collaborative victories. Orchestrating relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to garner support for the logistics solutions proposed. Coaching and nurturing the sales team to cultivate a culture of high performance and shared progress. Collaborating with senior management to devise and implement sales strategies that are in harmony with the company’s objectives and the pulse of the market. Staying current with industry trends and technological innovations to discover new business avenues and enhance the company’s value proposition. Personal Qualities and Competencies: A university degree or equivalent professional background in a technical or business discipline. A proven track record of interpreting customer requirements into technical specifications and attractive business propositions. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in additional languages (German, Czech) considered a plus. A well-established network within the intralogistics sector in Poland and Eastern Europe, enabling market penetration and growth. Competent in working within a diverse, international team setting, showing cultural sensitivity and flexibility. Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with legal acumen to oversee CAPEX contract discussions and safeguard company interests. A history of success in B2B sales with lengthy sales cycles, evidenced by a consistent achievement of commercial objectives. Comprehensive understanding of automated warehouse solutions and their practical applications. An enterprising, goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
