Senior Financial Controller R&D.

Req ID | Bielsko-Biała TCB, Poland, ZF Steering Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. Tasks Interface on daily basis with Engineering Technical Centers for financial controlling and planning activities; Consolidate Financial Reporting Actual / Budget / Forecast financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Project reporting) and support RU financial performance analysis; Close cooperation with Engineering departments on financial matters and specific requests; Oversee IFRS-15 financial reporting and forecasting process. Act as focal point for Engineering and Sales Teams; Support accounting matters and taxation (transfer pricing) and ad hoc reviews with Internal/External auditors. Profile: Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance. More than 5 years of experience in finance position. Strong communication skills in English and a self-motivated mindset to develop processes in an international environment. SW Tools: Excel skills at very good level. Power BI reporting is an asset. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. R&D controlling experience with similar processes is an advantage.
