Our values and continuous improvement culture build the foundation of strong and sustainable businesses appreciated by our employees and customers around the world. For our ICT Team we are currently looking for the Senior GRC Lead.The Senior GRC Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance strategies across the enterprise. Responsibilities in this role will be: Develop and maintain GRC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with industry regulations and best practices Lead the GRC team in establishing governance frameworks and processes to support the organization’s strategic objectives Facilitate the integration of governance, risk, and compliance activities across various departments. Identify, assess, and prioritize enterprise risks and develop risk mitigation strategies Implement and maintain risk management frameworks, including risk assessment methodologies, risk appetite statements, and risk registers. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management controls. Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to GDPR Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs, including training, monitoring, and reporting. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and auditors, and coordinate audit activities. Lead the GRC team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness Collaborate with senior management, business units, and IT to integrate GRC objectives into business operations. Communicate GRC issues, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and the board of directors. Keep up with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks Continuously improve GRC processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the GRC function. We are looking for you to have: Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (certifications Excellent knowledge of English Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and best practices in compliance Proven experience in creating and managing GRC activities & best practices Proven tack record in GRC leadership Very strong analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels The benefit of working at AMMEGA goes beyond the daily work.
