Senior Sales Manager (Wholesale) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for Currently for one of our clients, a multi-channel distributor of large international brands operating within fashion industry, we are seeking a high-performing Senior Wholesale Manager to support European operations with base in Warsaw, Poland. The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for the expansion of an international footwear brand and in collaboration with the C-level Management define and execute the strategy for the CEE region. You will be responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth while overseeing all aspects of the wholesale business. Main focus will be to maximize our sales potential by identifying new customers across CEE and arranging sales meetings to present new collections. You will be based in Warsaw, Poland with 5-10 days of traveling monthly. Your responsibilities Full responsibility for a strategic and operational business development and sales within the CEE region Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth Secure business opportunities and maintain profitable partnerships with current and new customers within wholesale accounts Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs regarding product and solutions’ offers are being met continuously Collaborate directly with the producer to ensure a consistent supply of products at all times Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment to maintain customer satisfaction Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to showcase products and expand the customer base Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management Assist in setting financial targets and budget development Employer requirements Successful previous experience in wholesale business, with a focus on footwear or related products within fashion industry – must have requirement Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Strong understanding of the footwear industry, wholesale markets, eCommerce wholesalers, market trends, consumer preferences In-depth understanding and passion for products Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions based on constant analysis Solid network in Poland and CEE region Fluency in English and Polish languages.
