Kyriba’s pioneering Active Liquidity Network connects internal applications for treasury, risk, payments and working capital with vital external sources such as banks, ERPs, trading platforms, and market data providers.About the roleAs the Head of Facilities, Procurement, and Travel at Kyriba, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of our facility operations, procurement strategies, and travel arrangements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation of facilities, cost-effective procurement, and efficient travel management.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Facility Management:Oversee the maintenance, services, and security of all Kyriba facilities.Ensure that all facilities comply with health and safety regulations.Manage space allocation, infrastructure planning, and facility expansion projects.Procurement:Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality.Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.Oversee the entire procurement process, including supplier selection, contract management, and performance evaluation.Travel Management:Develop and manage the corporate travel policy.Coordinate with travel agencies and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements for employees.Monitor travel expenditures and implement strategies to reduce costs.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop the facilities, procurement, and travel teams.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Budget Management:Prepare and manage budgets for facilities, procurement, and travel departments.Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or efficiency.Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with other department heads to ensure facilities, procurement, and travel strategies align with the company's goals.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.Education, Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in facilities management, procurement, and/or travel management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in facilities and procurement software and systems.Kyriba Culture and ValuesAt Kyriba, we value a strong work culture and sense of community and ownership among our global team.
