We are seeking a Civil Project Manager position based in our Poznan office to join the Civil team. The job location is Rockwool Global Business Services, Poznan Group Technology hub with project assignments being all around Europe. Your future team: You will join a core team of project managers and mechanical engineers in civil section business unit. The team represents great diversity in nationalities, location, gender, and age. In addition to your colleagues in your competence area, you will be part of experienced project group in your day-to-day work.What you will be doing: Leading and execute design and construction management activitiesResponsible for all construction project scope related quality, budget, time schedule, certification, approvals, and health & safety checksLead civil design consultant and all design related activities including permits in coordination with factory and process teamsResponsible for efficient cooperation in the core teamsPrepare design specifications and tender documentsManaging main and sub-contractors’ claimsPreparing and follow-up civil time schedule in accordance with overall project time scheduleImplementation of health & safety set-up and daily application through Site Safety SupervisorEnsuring that Site Safety Supervisor has the required mandate to take needed actions to ensure safetyCoordination with Factory organization design and site activitiesResponsible for efficient budget follow-up in relation to design and construction activitiesClear communication to core team and stakeholdersNo restriction to travel, extensive travel activity should be expectedBe proactive in all the responsibilities described aboveWhat you bring: You hold a bachelor’s degree within civil or mechanical engineeringMaster’s degree in civil engineering and/or project management is preferred.At least 10 year of work experienceStrong project management record in large scale projects (5+ years’ experience)Working experience with multinational teams and contractorsIndustrial project experience is preferred.Familiarity with Prince 2 is an asset.Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level is a must, additional knowledge in Danish is preferred.Driver licenseWhat we offer: By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
