Many of those deliveries happen with ‘Scoober’, our global logistics operation. Scoober supports restaurants in the delivery process, with our couriers taking their orders from the kitchen to the customer. With Scoober launching in new locations, we need to keep our operations in top gear.All about the roleA courier with a flat tire? A damaged order? Large event in the city with roadblocks? Crazy weather conditions? Nothing is too challenging for our Live Operations teams. Our Live Ops agents support our couriers remotely, making sure they get to pick up and deliver their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, making customers happy.In the Supervisor position you'll be the operational point of contact for the agents and guide them towards the (new) way of working.
