To our Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for Finance Operations Section Manager who will participate in the migration, implementation and stabilization of new and existing RTR processes and systems. Once stabilized, the Finance Operations Section Manager will oversee the end-to-end processes and reporting, including responsibility for 2+ teams (growing structure) delivering RTR processes, Reporting and Master Data. Location: Gdańsk Language: English What you’ll do: Manage 2+ (growing structure) Team Leaders within growing structure, ensuring processes in respective sections are meeting contractual requirements and agreed deadlines, and internal controls are followed. Ensure the control framework is up to date and followed. Develop and motivate direct reports. Partner closely with the sent-site management to resolve challenges that arise and develop and implement solutions across the entire RTR and/or FSC process. Provide regular feedback and engage with Senior stakeholders to improve customer service Enhance and track metrics to measure and understand the teams’ efficiencies, timeliness, and process output. Make recommendations for areas of improvement highlighted by the metrics. Track and control a relevant P&L section including salary structures, T&E etc. Coordinate delivery based on audit requests. Work with Finance, Accounting, and IT management teams to understand and help coordinate systems roadmap. Who you will work with: Business stakeholders, FSC Managers, Leaders, Project Managers, Procurement and Associates Professional skills you possess: University Degree in Finance Area or Part Qualified Accounting Qualification: ACCA, ACA, CIMA is preferable 5+years of previous Record to Report/Financial Accounting/Reporting experience is essential Proven track in managing a team of 8+ persons including motivation and development Experience in managing managers is preferable Senior stakeholders’ management experience is essential Professional in all job aspects, including verbal and written communications. Motivated, well organized and goal-oriented team player with ability to thrive in a fast-growing company.
