Supply Chain Finance Analyst Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities Supports Finance Business Partner(s) to provide insights about the current financial performance and supports the Function Head in key decision making process by: preparing scenarios, sensitivity analysis and investment appraisals, investigating the feasibility of new revenue streams or cost saving initiatives. Financial Analyst is accountable for long and short term planning, management reporting and regular and ad-hoc analysis. Planning Support FBP in preparation of budgets and forecast for Supply Chain: warehousing and transportation costs. Prepare necessary scenarios if different outcome is expected. Identify key drivers of performance for the supported function. Consolidate planning assumptions across all markets, departments and present data in the user friendly way. Reporting Enhance and support preparation of the monthly management accounts for Supply Chain. It includes financial performance and relevant operational or business KPIs. Provide explanation and insights of the current performance. Analyse any adverse variance to the plan and provide explanation why this happened. Track performance of enhancement initiatives and cost cutting activities. Developed comprehensive weekly KPIs reporting suits for the warehousing and transportation. Forecasting Regularly prepare forecast for the remaining rest of the year based on the current performance and expected future events. Maintain and frequently update a list of risks and ops for the supported function. Analysis & decision support Create business case with cashflow projection and calculate rate of returns. Prepare scenario analysis for new significant capital expenditure or rental contract decisions. Collaboration Close collaboration with Function’s representatives in order to understand the key business drivers. Support other members of the Finance Department / Commercial Finance team. Our requirements Master’s degree in finance related discipline More than 3 years of experience in finance European Retail Market knowledge, Clothing and GM an advantage Understanding of Retail Operation and Supply Chain, Logistic Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and technology, Power BI as well as ERP/POS/WMS is a MUST Advanced - English – is a MUST Foundation - MS Project Business awareness Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and resolve problems Positive impact on others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization which does not normally reports into himself Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines Problem solving, planning and organization skills Analysis, Scenario Modelling , creating compelling stories with numbers Openness to change, goal orientation Monitoring progress and track details/data/information/activities. 1-3 days a week of office work in Poznań What we offer Work in an international company that is on the Forbes list of the best employers in Poland and is loved by millions of consumers in Poland and Europe.
