Supply Planning Manager

Make It Possible.In this exciting new role, you will be part of the Central Demand team managing the interface between market and supply teams. The role will engage with senior stakeholders supporting business decisions across the region. In this role, you will:Monitor and challenge the demand changes impacting the short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvalsPrepare and present the summarized data/ issues to the senior stakeholders Cooperate with multiple other functions in order to prepare the relevant business pictureSupport the Supply Planning KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectivesMaintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning/ demand planningSupport and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIsWhat you need to be successful:Comprehensive supply chain, demand planning, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environmentOpen to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systemsExperience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycleAble to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the planKnowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain conceptsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skillsTeam player who can work with many other functions on a daily basisFluency in EnglishKnowledge of SAP & MS ExcelRelocation Support Available?
