Experience leading a team and guiding junior java developers to deliver business value. Willingness to take responsibility, commit and be a driving force within the project. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in developing back-end systems with REST web services in Java 11+. Good understanding of Java Design Patterns and OO Design for microservices. Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, SQL, Spring Data, JPA. Knowledge of Spring, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot, Junit, Git, Maven. Understanding of enterprise SDLC and application deployment procedures. High proficiency in development practices: unit testing, Continuous Integration, refactoring, clean code. Ability to adapt to Scrum/Agile methodologies.
